Please note that if you placed a "Custom Order" this are considered products not found in our standard product catalog or a standard product with modifications that will not allow the product to be returned to its standard configuration. Being that DEMI can not re-stock a custom assembled product their will be no refunds issued on this items. All custom ordered products will be guaranteed for functionality and customer specifications only. If required they may be repaired or replaced at Down East Microwave Inc discretion.
